Kindle Scribe
When I was personally ready to upgrade my kindle, I had seriously considered grabbing a scribe for myself. I love the idea of being able to write all my bookish notes and doodle like I do when brainstorming. The biggest appeal to me is that it feels like writing on paper. Kindle Basic
Dusti and I both started our e-reading journeys with basic Kindles. We both were gifted these by friends who had either upgraded to a paperwhite at the time or had preferred other reading mediums. My personal experience with my 2018 model basic kindle was great. I’ve only recently upgraded to a 2021 Kindle Paperwhite. From my personal standpoint, the basic kindle was great for my tiny hands, and for the price.. they’re pretty excellent, long-lasting devices. They don’t have all the bells and whistles of the rest of the lineup, but they’re no doubt a capable and worthy option for most.
